Topics

Diversity in the New Decade: The information in most of the DEI panels, presentations, and workshops you’ve had is entirely outdated. My generation, Gen Z, is more diverse and likely more progressive than any other. To be ahead of the curve in attracting us as talent and customers, there are a few key insights you need to know. I call this, “Diversity in the New Decade”. Learn more here.

Black History Month/Juneteenth: In February and June, I deliver seasonal talks about American history and the importance of learning from both the hardships and accomplishments of Black historical figures. From these narratives, I extrapolate guiding lessons and principals for various audiences and inform them how to best celebrate the annual occasion I am highlighting.

Be the Change: When people don't voice their concerns or ideas about improving an organization or institution, important opportunities for growth are lost. In this speech, I use my success as student body president and an advocate at-large as a playbook on how individuals can become better advocates for themselves and their communities.

Step 2: We will set up a two prep calls: the 1st for me to understand the exact needs of your organization and audience and the 2nd for me to go over the outline for your tailored-made speech. I will make sure it is exactly what you are looking for.

Step 3: I deliver the speech, which is most often about 30 minutes of presentation and 20 minutes of Q&A, though I am very flexible.

I can partner with brands to make content, take on ambassadorships, or drive marketing campaigns.

Offerings

Video Content: My most common form of social media collaboration is the creation of one or more minute-or-less videos as a part of an organization’s campaign. These videos are posted to my TikTok feed, Instagram feed, and Instagram story and I spend a day engaging with comments and replying to them.

Brand Ambassadorship: For select organizations whose mission is heavily aligned with mine, I will become a brand ambassador and work with the organization on a series of projects, events, and campaigns. I will actively advertise and boost said brand in interviews and occasionally on my social media pages.

Unique Campaigns: Some Influencer campaigns call for a unique service provided. Examples include writing op-eds, being onsite for video shoots, or creating infographic slideshows. I am flexible regarding these offerings and can help your organization figure how to build a tailored media push.

Process

Step 1: Reach out to me using this form to describe your advertising needs.

Step 2: I will set up a prep call to understand the purpose of the campaign and your team’s key performance indicators. I will share a recommendation for how the campaign should best be structured to maximize its success. We will mutually agree on deliverables and timeline.

Step 3: Working alongside your team, I will produce all deliverables according to the preset timeline. Opportunities for feedback will be built into this timeline and success of the campaign will be oriented toward reaching and exceeding all KPI’s.

Social Media Advising: Many organizations have failed to internalize the importance of social media in many of their efforts. Others understand the importance, but are unaware of how to leverage its power. Whatever the shortcoming, I can use my experience as a successful influencer to help your teammembers become social media experts.

Gen Z Recruitment Training: I have been featured in Business Insider, NBC News, and the Harvard Business Review for my insights regarding Gen Z in the workplace. I can advise your organization on what aspects of the culture need to be changed or accentuated to attract top young talent in today’s job market.

DEI Assessment: DEI is an ever-evolving concept as societal values become more progressive and younger generations become more diverse. Using my “Diversity in the New Decade” framework, I can assess the culture and practices of an organization and make recommendations on how they can improve their DEI practices.

Step 2: To plan out the course of the engagement, I will set up a timeline of assessment calls, follow-ups interviews, and a final-presentation date. You and I will mutually decide upon a targeted question and components of a successful engagement.

Step 3: After a thorough research and investigation stage, I will present my findings and recommendations to you and your team regarding the initial, driving inquiry.
